Sawy

Sawy has been our friend for 3 years. He has been a tremendous help in the Phnom Penh area and southern Provinces like Kandal where our current project is located.  He is a great man with a beautiful family, wife, son and daughter.  We have been humbled to be welcomed into his home and spend time with his family. He is our negotiator, project manager, part time photographer, tour guide, Khmer educator, all round everything in Phnom Penh and South

Men Sophal

When putting this together I realised I could not find a good photo of Men.  He is the man standing behind Allan.  We met Men in Siem Reap and he was our driver to Phnom Penh on our second visit to Cambodia.  We passed through his province of Kampong Thom on that adventure.  In this photo Men is helping us negotiate with the local supply business for what we needed to build a shower/toilet block, one our Previous Projects.

Men can speak English well and as most Khmer people he is a gentleman.  He has taken us to local restaurants to eat local cuisine, looked after us and spent days with us helping us achieve what we have done so far.  Men is the man we use for North and Western Cambodia.
